Things You Need to Know
We founded Emotion Wigs with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!
To be eligible for a return/exchange you must comply with the following conditions;
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
The unit must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in anyway. We cannot accept returned units that have had the lace cut or been worn. Please take care when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace until you are satisfied.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
With the exception of faulty units, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Refunds will be issued back via your original payment method, please note that your financial institution may need up to 10 working days to process the funds back to your account.
